The home we were able to stay in was an older style sprawling home just outside of town. It had a name plaque as it is a Hawaiian custom to have a naming ceremony for homes.

Originally it was set up as 2 separate residences, so the owners gave us half and they stayed in the other half. We had a large bedroom with an adjustable queen size bed, a very large ensuite bathroom with a big shower stall and a freestanding bathtub, and a toilet with a fancy bidet toilet seat, complete with heat!

It was filled with art and things collected from all over the world. Unfortunately a lot of those seats were maybe not the most comfortable, but we made it work for us!
